Maritime context. Generated illustration.

A harbour camera shows the traffic. ResQVision adds vessel detections, movement tracks, counts and configured events, giving the maritime team evidence to review alongside its operating information.

At a glance

The view

Fixed coastal cameras and aerial video across an agreed maritime area.

The context

Vessel tracks, counts, zone entry and configured dwell-time events.

The decision

Tracks and event footage help the receiving operator decide the response.

01

Understand movement in your area

Identify vessels and small craft, follow them through the view and examine activity inside defined areas. Counts and movement history can help organise what the camera sees.

Example configuration

A craft remains in a monitored area.

The input
A fixed camera covers the area of interest.
The analysis
A vessel track is assessed against the configured zone and dwell-time rule.
The operator
The operator reviews the event and checks it against authorised activity.

Illustrative workflow. The camera view, event and delivery are agreed for each site.

02

Connect the right camera view

Fixed shore cameras, PTZ cameras and aerial platforms offer different perspectives. Camera movement, vessel distance, glare and sea conditions affect the detail available for analysis.

The recorded aerial example shows vessel observations and an enlarged detail from the camera view. For your site, evaluate the original video, target size and available detail before agreeing event rules.

For a harbour or waterfront site, start with the coverage already available. For an aerial mission, assess the video from the intended platform.

03

Bring context to operator review

A useful output combines the observed subject, its movement, the configured event and the associated footage. The receiving workflow determines where and how that evidence is reviewed.

Interfaces to customer systems are agreed in the project scope. Describe the information your team needs rather than assuming a particular integration is already in place.

Review deployment and data arrangements.

04

Search and Rescue connections

People, vessels and water activity can also be relevant to a search. The video evidence helps a receiving team review an observation alongside its wider search information.

The camera view does not establish complete search coverage or the location of a subject outside it. Define the observation and receiving workflow for the mission.
